El hotel en general es bastante bueno, solo nos quedamos una noche...la atención al cliente fue muy coordial, La habitación no estab del todo mal salvo que en la ducha el agua se quedaba estancada, y se salía toda el agua...en laa habitaciones se escucha todo...pero por lo demás la ubicación es espectacular....LO RECOMIENDO El hotel nos parecio fabuloso por su atención, el dormitorio muy bien, el bar de tapas muy tipico y muy bueno con un gran chef, el desayuno, frutas, embutidos pastas calientes. La ubicacion es perfecta a unos pasos esta el Corte Ingles, y todos los comercios, aunque el hotel se encuentra en un paseo de arboles muy bonito I stayed for there nights at this hotel in Granada and loved every moment of it, it is right centre of the main tourist area, everything was easily accessible. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was amasing with fresh orange juice, lots of varities. Rooms were clean and modern, I have no complaints, will stay again. Tip: Make sure you buy the ticket to Alhambra in advance, unfortunately whilst in the que they announced that the tickets to the Nasiren Castle has been sold out so only had access to half the Palace. Este hotel es muy bonito, lleno de mármol por todas partes, discreto pero elegante. La habitación y los baños son también todos de mármol. Es céntrico, sin embargo para llegar al hotel ni el GPS ayuda. Hay tantas restricciones que nos tuvo que ayudar un motorizado, que luego nos cobro cual guía de turismo profesional. Parece que es común que los turistas sufran las restricciones de circulación y estamos conscientes que no es culpa del hotel. Pero sepan que llegar es complicado y estacionar también. A friend and I stayed here one night while on a whirlwind tour of south central Spain. We learned that Vincci is a brand in Spain and will definitely look for it when we go there again. The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was nice. It was clean and comfortable. The location is on one of the lovely, elegant, tree-lined streets that make Granada such a nice city.
